I've managed 3 weeks relatively ok :p there's bigger problems going on after all!

I think work will begin again for most small businesses, shops, companies in June. I reckon July is When all bars, clubs, gyms and restaurants will reopen. August is when airports will be back to full service and large gatherings And events such as festivals will be allowed to run.

I reckon the elderly will still be asked to self isolate however.

I voted July.

COVID-19 wont be fully 'gone' as a threat until they find the vaccine.

September when I imagine schools go back is when things will start to feel somewhat like they did before the pandemic.

I think (and hope) we'll be out of lockdown in May though, with restrictions slowly lifted throughout June and July but social distancing and working from home still being observed where necessary.

I honestly can't see us being in lockdown for 3-6 months or whatever people are suggesting. At that point, the lockdown will be more detrimental than the virus itself and we'll be a third world country.

Mass gathering events are out of the question as far as this year is concerned.

I put september - December as i think that's when we'll be ALLOWED out again and the lockdown LIFTED. But in 2021 i think we'll still hear about the virus, but by then it will be more settled .

Oddly enough the financial guys are suggesting that the States will be the first to jump , sending everyone back to work earlier than ideal ( sometime in May ) to save their failing economy which is close to total collapse apparently - this move will be purely financial based at the cost of thousands upon thousands of lives .. and it won’t be the rich people dying :(
