There's a lot of filler in the cast, I like that there's a lot of queens from the earlier seasons but outside of some serious ****ery, I can't see anyone but Shea winning.

I am excited to see all of them bar Ongina. She just really grates on me.

India and Blair are the obvious two underdogs but Blair's elevated a lot since S10 and India is like... beyond revered by Drag Race legends, so I wouldn't write them off. I just hope Mayhem and Mariah have a good showing. :love:

The only spoiler I've heard about this season is to do with the format of how queens win challenges? It all sounds very messy and confusing.

Apparently there's only 1 challenge winner per episode now, and they have to lipsync against a "lipsync assassin" from previous seasons... I can't recall any of them but yeah... to decide if they get to send the queen home... or if they lose the lipsync, I guess RuPaul chooses? Idk I misread a lot of it so I might as well have shut up and ate my food and waited to see

Either Shea is mad and it's a pity because the fandom is not ready for another Manila moment (imagine Shea getting evicted by Derrick :skull:), or she's playing us all.

I agree there are queens that haven't done THAT well in previous seasons, but they were memorable in their own way. They can really surprise us.

And lastly I guess they will save Asia, Eureka, Kim Chi, Brooke, Akeria, Peppermint for AS6 then That cast will blow!

I (and several others, it seems) thought they'd make a bigger deal out of this season being an "old school vs. new school" season to explain the lack of golden era queens, but yeah they've pretty much wrung those seasons dry already... in terms of who I think could feasibly be cast for a future All Stars, there's only Darienne, Jade, Jiggly and maaaybe Dida/Joslyn?

I assume Derrick, India and Blair will be the first three outs. I think Mayhem, Ongina and Mariah could be dark horses while Jujubee and Alexis will disappoint. If Shea doesn't win then it'll probably be Cracker since all the basic gays love her.
