Which way do you fall asleep?

Just noticed earlier that I actually hardly ever sleep on my right side, nearly always left

Never back/front either

Left is my norm.
But anything other than on my front really.
Sitting up in a chair is like falling off a log as well.

I have one big pillow betwixt my legs and a u shaped pillow down my front and around my neck, feet uncovered and start off facing one way but flip a few times in the night depending on where dogs are

I used to sleep on my left before I had the ICD fitted, and I usually wake up that way, but curled up on my right is the norm.

Left side. I also sleep like a baby on my front - can sleep a good 9 hours without moving an inch! - but I wake up with a sore neck & shoulders.

The TL was snuggling in last night when we got into bed as it was pretty cold and we have had the heating off since April. But after a few minutes i began to feel either my pulse or hers so I had to move her away. I am also reading an interesting book on serial killers so it worked out fine. I don't like anything restricting me, I don't have a tight ring, or watch, as it goes.

I don't like that feeling either. I can't sleep on my left side.as I can feel my heart beating. Can't stand it if my son leans on me and I can feel his pulse either. Shudder
