He didn’t suggest she was racist, he was let go once they found his job Id and being arrested doesn’t mean charges were brought so he can be an ambulance driver

Stopping him, asking what he's doing and even asking him to move along; fine.
Moving to cuff someone who is being 100% compliant? No. She looks nervous and inexperienced IMO. Which is a problem in itself.

Yeah, almost like she was being as nice as possible to whack them cuffs on quick as possible before her voice broke. She'd decided she was cuffing and taking him "into custody" before even approaching him.

Yeah, almost like she was being as nice as possible to whack them cuffs on quick as possible before her voice broke. She'd decided she was cuffing and taking him "into custody" before even approaching him.Indeed, she also tipped her hand: she asked "Have you ever been arrested BEFORE", clearly indicating an intent to arrest when literally nothing at all had happened, and she hadn't even finished the basic questions.

No, she cuffed him and told him he was going into custody at the very end of the video. This was after he'd already consented to a search and she saw fit to grab him like a piece of sh*t despite him posing no threat nor resisting a search.

No marsh she says you are going to be placed in cuffs he says about being placed in custody, she replied no and if the video hadn’t cut off she would of said not custody cuffs.

We're not discussing police, camera, action. There was no "situation" for her to get control of. He was polite and compliant with everything she asked.
She asks for him to stand and then gives him no time to do so before grabbing him to slap the cuffs on. She was not justified.

He wasn't loitering, he clearly stated he lives in the area and was meeting friends in the fresh air.
The lockdown rules clearly state that is perfectly fine.

Police were waiting outside the school gates and clocking people driving off before putting on seat belts...then radioed ahead and I got pulled over further down the road. I was told to get out the car and had my rights thrown at me like a criminal. I got back in the car and burst into tears...I know I was in the wrong but talk about laying it on thick...
