What does hyaluronic mean?It's a natural molecule that we already have in our skin but we have less as we age (that's about all I know haha) anyway it keeps moisture in your skin for longer to prevent dry skin and help it looking healthy, reduces wrinkles and lines and I think it can be used for muscle pain too but I'm not too sure about that I only use it on my face

LOVE their hyaluronic acid. The only two products I use of theirs are that and the Buffet. I apply the hyaluronic acid fresh after a face wash (while my face is still wet to reduce transepidermal water loss), quickly apply the buffet afterwards and then finish with Neutrogena Hydro Boost (also contains hyaluronic acid) mixed with tretinoin. I also have their caffeine solution for the under eyes that I use every other day but I can't be sure it works.

Would definitely recommend the hyaluronic acid and the Buffet from The Ordinary to anyone btw!

It's really good a friend recommended both products to me and I've never looked back. The buffet is like double the price of the hyaluronic acid but it's still cheap considering and definitely worth it!

Neutrogena Hydro Boost is also an amazing cheap moisturiser that I'd never look back on. I follow a few dermatologists on Youtube that give amazing advice and nearly all of them recommend it

No Cherie, I don’t smoke so don’t need creams to repair the damage caused by putting cancer sticks in my mouth.

The sun is way more damaging than smoking ever could be. UVB and UVA rays literally age your skin the second you step outside in daylight whether the suns behind the clouds or not. So if you're not wearing SPF 50 daily then trust me you're damaging your skin badly and wrinkling yourself up.

SUN exposure without SPF >>>>>> smoking

Not particularly, you use numbing cream beforehand so you don’t really feel anything, the most painful part was putting stuff on my face afterwards

Ok so I’ve just tried it, it doesn’t smell nice, that was the first thing I noticed and it stings when it’s first on the skin (but after about 20 seconds it feels fine) it’s not as red on your face either, it just looks like you’ve been sunburned.

Washing it off there’s not a massive difference (although I did have a small spot near my nose that seems to have been burned off by it :joker:) I looked at my pores AFTERWARDS when really I should have looked at my face before to do a before and after and they were much smaller, but that might be the whole skincare routine/microneedling thing

ANYWAY don’t worry about using it, as long as you follow the instructions you’ll be fine

I imagine it’ll take a few uses to really see a difference anyway

I’ve just run out of niancinamide though, I nipped into boots but the woman I asked had never even heard of the ordinary :eyes: so I picked up the inkey list’s version, hopefully it works just as well

I've used the peel a couple of times. Was nervous first time in case I got chemical burns lol, so only left it on for a couple of mins. I do like it but it leaves my skin really dry..
