For those out there who are gonna be like "this moment is overused!" I wholly beg to differ. This is a full 50 minute episode outside of just moment, one which includes a five-weeks long worth of build-up catching up, explosive events surrounding it, and the odious atmosphere afterwards. And even if you're not a big fan of it, its a necessary given it be included because a complex, anxiety-ridden villain like Nick truly jumped the show off the ground and made it the British landmark it was, if even for just a few years.

That was incredible :clap1:. It's so invigorating watching something like this two decades after it aired and Nick is a quality villain :love:. Just a guy who wanted to play the game by any means necessary who gradually became too big for his boots and got his plans dropped on his head right before his very eyes. The idea that someone writing names on paper being a national scandal ages so well as a piece of nostalgic horror in some ways too :laugh:. The way as well Nick was so anxious and vulnerable when he had no way of escaping the wrath of everyone, it reflected the purity the show once had where these people weren't as conscious about how to get around each other in any manufactured means.

Darren as well I honestly love, he was so ahead of his time and it's not stated enough :joker:. Completely behind on everything, genuinely thick, and more offended that Nick never sent him names rather than him actually doing it :joker:. A side comedy piece to help ease off the tension I was rewatching on screen :laugh:.

She got on well with Clare. The BB psych show showed a clip of her body language when Clare entered and branded Mel as jealous. BB had already edited Mel as a flirt, inventing a relationship with Tom that never was.

As Mel said in Narinder BB2's book:

"I am a flirt but not the brazen hussy they made me out to be...I had to watch all the shows back-to-back to make sense of it all and it slowly dawned on me - they had just showed me massaging men all the time.

Im currently rewatching bb5. On the first couple of weeks what the likes of victor and jason say about nadia and speculating if she is a man or not and making fun over the way she looks and saying about her having a desperate dan chin and victor says something like that again in the diary room about her looks, its not nice to watch

How refreshing that they handled all this drama without shouting/fighting. They were all like "that is against the rules" as if it was the most tragic thing ever. But in that context it was a really big thing.
