If we use 6 thousand youngsters at a rave for example.

Incidentally, apart from the vicious crimes reported at the raves and if they hadn't happened during the rave, then I'm all for giving the youngsters first go at freedom once we can. They should also be given organized raves everyday for being sensible, mature and caring in regards to their grandparents wellbeing.

But for every 6000 people that's some serious crime to deal with when you take the opportunist criminal mentality into account.

I think all these gatherings will cure corona,.

if it does they better erect a massive statue of cummings..

Perhaps one of him holding his sons Bobby while he pees; as the other arm shelters him from the roadside.

Time to defund the police

Do you even know what this means? Because it makes sense in relation to police in the US but it makes no sense at all in relation to the UK police. If anything, half the problem in the UK is under-funding, as it means they can't engage in good community links which is what might actually help.

I keep seeing people in the UK repeating the US "defund" slogan. The UK police are under funded. They're certainly not over-equipped (which is what the US defund campaign is about).

It's a worrying thought.

I think its fine if people would adhere to the advice ,but humans being what they are always think they know best and are invincible, they are selfish but will always be around, even at the shops yesterday there were clusters of people , who chose not to distance ,this has a knock on effect for the police which isn't fair but some people will always be selfish and when they get asked to distance ,the police get a load of abuse, it's a thankless job in the main .

Looking at some of the crap written on this forum, in this thread even, I hope when lockdown finishes the police say okay, you're on your own. Good luck.

I doubt many neighbours would be saying my next door neighbours life matters anymore. If the police did that.

the problem is youtube and social media. Noone is making look at this good policeman doing his job videos and as most kids have no clue about what police do or policework well... do the math
