It's been clear she is not mentally well for a good few years now. I do not like her, or her nonsensical rhetoric, at all but I hope she finds help.

I agree with this.

She’s a complete and utter arsehole but I hope she seeks the help she needs.

The ones that are really to be worried about are the ones who aren't saying anything to anybody. If she's posting that on social media to be seen by thousands, she is, at the very least, reaching out to someone.
