Not queued for ages, if I go early or later on in the afternoon, no queue, plus now that staples are available throughout the day and haven't disappeared by 11am , shopping is back to being spread though the day, what is it like in your area?

I've only been to our local shop and the odd time, there's a little queue but you wouldn't be there more than 5 minutes. Gav does the main shop and it's got a lot better now

Haven't queued for weeks tbh. Straight in.
And always use the scan & go which everyone else seems to avoid so quick and easy. :hee:

I don't go the to supermarket but my fella does and although he's still queuing, the queues are much shorter. And I think people are getting used to it now, and maybe shopping at different times. My village shop only lets two people in at a time but that's worked out well too and I'm told people are okay with it and are usually in good spirits.

We have been doing our grocery shopping online for years from our favorite supermarket brand. We go rarely to the supermarket, only in case we want a special meal or are short of a particular food. Saves time, I can't do the queuing or going grocery shopping on weekends or at the end of a work day.
However, still going to local markets or producers for whole foods like vegetables and fruits.

Only during the day, and only sometimes, if I had to pop to a supermarket.
I usually head out at 9pm, there's hardly anyone on the shops or Stores then.
Just more of staff I see then.

I haven't seen a queue for a while but usually go in the evening (7pm - 9pm sort of time).
I have noticed that the insane queues at drive-thrus have started to disappear, though. Still longer than they used to be but that's to be expected since people aren't sitting in.

When I’ve been out to the shops I very rarely have to queue now but at the store that I work at, sometimes the customers may have to queue because it can get busy pretty fast at certain times in the day.

Why would they let you queue jump because you'd forgotten to lock your car

Why would they let you queue jump because you'd forgotten to lock your car :think:I think he's saying, he pretends he already queued and got inside but had to run back out because he realised he hadn't locked his car?

I have a key worker letter but always waited until 30 mins before closing to shop, have never queued once. What I haven't been able to get at a supermarket my local convenience store has had. The only thing I can remember not being able to find was bananas once lol
