Libraries are staples of communities and should be protected.

supply daily dinners to the old and un-well
or keep the Library open


A Library could be run by a local group
if they commit to it.

Nope, both should be kept.

You only have to google "councils wasting money" to see some of the guff that they should be cutting instead of libraries and social care.
