Probably why you’re skinnier than most people your age 😛
Erm I’d say that I eat a lot of curry’s and stuff for someone who’s English lol

I try and drink 3 litres of water a day and tend to mostly avoid fizzy drinks now (apart from alcohol on the weekends :fan:).

I eat a plant based diet
I rarely eat fried food
Intermittent fasting ..
All the days calories are eaten in one FIVE hour window .. I eat only between 5 pm and 10pm ( known as 19/5 fasting ) ..
So you actually start off by skipping breakfast ( devil’s meal) and so you stop eating at 8pm and go straight through to 12 noon ( known as 16/8 fasting ) .
I’ve done it for 6 years .. always feel great and energised and NEVER get poorly !

The most famous person who I am aware of who does this is Jennifer Aniston

I don't drink milk or eat cheese despite 1.being French (where cheese is everywhere) and 2.having been an athlete for two decades where both are helpful.
I've always liked all sorts of food and thankfully while playing rugby you can put on mass and not search for a skinny kind of body. But it taught me how to eat balanced, and protein shakes are helpful too. Now that I don't practice regularly and at 30 years-old, I can do whatever I want  I'm a "bon vivant" or an epicurean as people say. But still having that milk/cheese phobia lmao

It's funny because to me you always seemed like someone who would buy this useless detox tea from Instagram influencers.
I'm kidding :joker:
