He clearly isn't very well, however it's also been very clear from the start that he hates the show (KUWTK) and the way Kim shares their personal lives. It's been obvious that increasingly he wants nothing to do with it and potentially doesn't want the kids involved with it either.

His thoughts are tumbling out in really disjointed ways because he's unwell; it doesn't necessarily mean that they arent his genuine thoughts. They're just coming out in a chaotic and uninhibited way.

...an emotional trauma can trigger depressive episodes...and that could be the case with him and the death of his mother...(...and now is his marriage quite shaky, then...?...)...My impression was that he was always prone to these bouts of being emotionally unstable and bouts of obsessive/racing thought but that his mother was a huge influence in his life and able to keep him grounded and calm, to some extent, when it got away from him. Losing her as a support structure clearly had a massive impact on his mental health.

Kourtney Kardashian went from regular cast to occasional "family event" cameo after a tonne of arguments that basically alluded to how awful the whole thing is and hating being followed everywhere, and a physical fight with Kim Kardashian that I have to admit was quite funny :joker:.

The two younger Jenner ones don't really appear that much either.
