Also loved the classic simple teas like fish fingers or crispy pancakes

Crispy pancakes and microwave burgers were a must after a day of school!

We used to spend the summers in a small caravan park by the beach and a group of guys there would go fishing a lot, they used to catch so much Mackerel and would hand it out to anyone who wanted some, my mom used to cook it with fried Potatoes and it was my absolute favourite meal
