Am i the only one who thinks this was an odd choice?

I’m a fan of Tom Holland don’t get me wrong he’s a great actor but i don’t really see Nathan Drake in him . I do wish him well with the project though might change my mind once the film comes out

According to twitter and reddit they’ve hired a black girl and an Asian girl, one to play Elena and one to play Chloe. Seems on the basis of the BLM, how ridiculous though both of them are white...

If they really wanted to they could have put Nadine Ross in it as a villain? Rather than change races. This is all of course speculative of twitter but both those women are on the cast list

I mean don't get me wrong - I quite like little Tom as Spidey - but Spider-man and Nathan Drake are ... very different characters. I don't see Holland pulling off the "roguish cocky arsehole" vibe at all??

Getting Nicki Minaj pregnant and a new lead film role all in one week, wow!

It did seem weird to me. Might have worked if he was doing the flashbacks young version, but that’s about it.

Aaron Eckhart would be ideal for that role

I can't see him as Nathan Drake at all. Ryan Reynolds would've been a better choice.

Him too. Such an underrated actor. His Two-Face is amazing.

Gerald Butler would have been the obvious choice (maybe they went down the young person route since it's the first film)

Maybe Jake Gyllenhaal

Yeah, a large part of Chloe's character in Lost Legacy is her reconnecting with India and her heritage and choosing to honor the legacy of her father and India by not giving into greed by selling a priceless artifact.

Plus, you only have to look at her to know she isn't white.

Tom Holland makes sense if the film is covering Nathan Drake's teen years but not so much if it's an adaptation of the games themselves. He would have been a better choice in ten years or so, maybe.

Both Gerard and Jake would be amazing.

Hmmm - I'm impartial to it.

Playing the games i cant see his as Nathan Drake however - the film is a prequel to the games so playing a young Nathan Drake? Could very well work.

Aaron Eckhart i agree with, he would look like most similar to video game's nathan i guess

Tom could portray Nathan in his teen years
