Keep a bottle of water with you all day and just keep sipping it throughout the day (and refilling where possible too obviously).

Eat light, wear light and take it as easy as poss. Go get some ice cream/lollies too!

Don't freak out, the more you think too yourself, its too hot its too hot, the more hot you will feel. Just learn to enjoy it.

Run your wrists under a cold tap, it will cool your blood and cool you down.

You could do a hand stand under the air con machine, that will cool it off.

soak a hand towel in cold water and rest it over your head, or around your neck.

followed your advice a bit now too LT, i am drinking warm tea

apparently i also read something like that online, warm drinks are better with warm weather which gives your body the feeling it must cool down, rather with cool drinks your body then gets feeling it must make itself warm again

Yes it's why tea is widely drunk in India

I used to do this when working in London, because most hotels didn't have functioning AC. Sleep with a pretty much soaked cold towel.

Really does the trick at night, it got me through many holidays as a kid.

My chickens are so upset in the heat but Rob sent me this fantastic idea the other week about freezing sweet corn in ice cubes and giving it to them and they LOVE it

They must find this heat exhausting. Fresh fruit would probably help as well to cool them down a bit.

Turn that AC on

When I went to Florida years ago this was one thing that was just such a great feeling. Hours and hours going around Disneyland or Universal Studios, heading back to the villa and that AC just hitting you as soon as you walk through the door.
