After the 1st week, which HG has surprised you the most in terms of gameplay?

Looking at feeds and watching episodes, I'd say Tyler has surprised me the most in terms of how good his strategy is. He is blending in so well, and he isn't on anybody's radar. I'd say Tyler and Dani have very similar strategies in that regard.

I also thought Da'Vonne would have a slightly better read on the house dynamics, but her reads have been quite off. I hope things don't stay that way.

- Da'Vonne was impressing me until some mess ups just recently (although I haven't seen the mess ups just read up on it a bit so maybe it's not even that bad)

- Cody's been really good. Like I think Derrick coached him properly and he's not stupid like his brother so he can put it into effect pretty well. Plus he has that natural charm with people

Yes, Tyler's game is so masterly..which consists of going around looking dopey af while making f-2 deals with the whole house. Anyone who trusts that entitled fool is out of their head. Knowing he's a production pet, most of them likely know they'll need to be careful when trying to tip him out,, as just as they have him on the eviction chair after a backdoor move, he'll reach into his pocket and bring out that absurd "power app" he got gifted last season, smarmily saying: sorry guys, this little baby hasn't quite ran out of power yet..(as Grodner watches on while intensely fingering herself)

When you look at it, all he’s done is win a HOH that he had a great advantage on, nominate two non-threats because he didn’t watch their seasons and then chicken out of choosing a target :laugh:

I think there's a reason why an all-girls alliance hasn't made it to the end before, and it's so upsetting. I really want it to happen at some point but I know that's not realistic at all, so I think Nicole F's strategy aligning with the guys IS smart. I don't think Dani is as trustworthy tho, seeing her on past seasons (neither is Nicole F), but she is loyal to her allies which is a plus. I think both Nicole F and Dani are in good positions right now, unless there is a shift in power.

There's 3 reasons. 1) They rarely form. 2) They fail to form because they're generally piss weak. 3) They realize #1+#2 and so attach themselves to any male group they believe will drag them deeper. Look at that laughable "black girl power" nonsense that boring Bay&Day formed,, being about as deadly as a duo of legless sheep, they immediately ran to attach themselves to a couple of males they could hide behind.

Anyway Cody hasn't played it that well, Kaysar could easily read him and could even work out what kind of group he has around him (Tyler, Nicole F, even Memphis came up). Of course the next HoH fell exactly right for Cody so that makes it look better for him.
