Should Chat and Games Threads be in the sidebar?

I find I am missing good threads (my definition of good anyway :hugesmile:) and often only spotting them later.

Like I only just saw Marsh's thread about Cal being best member!! Eek!

So should they be on the sidebar? Or not?
