"Ladbrokes have paid out £50,000 after Ziggy and Chanelle apparently shared the first Big Brother bonk of the series.

The bookie had quoted 8/1 prior to the show's launch but were forced to slash the odds to 2/1, following the introduction of the model.

And it seems the pair had a steamy undercover romp in the early hours - internet sites went into overdrive when people who caught the action on the live feed started to post messages on fan sites, says the Daily Star.

Ladbrokes spokesman Nick Weinberg said: "The BB bonk is always a popular bet but housemates' inhibitions usually mean we avoid a hefty pay out."

I just hope they don't show it on the highlight's - I can't think of anything worse (although he may have found out if Chanelle really is naturally curly!)

Bookies pay out on BB bonkBOOKIES have started paying out on bets that Ziggy and Chanelle would have sex in the house following their steamy session on Tuesday night.
We revealed how the babe had spent the night topless in Ziggy's bed and that he was caught on camera pulling his boxer shorts up.

A few minutes later, she needed to pop to the loo and asked Ziggy for her top – and as he reached for it, it was clear that his boxers had been pulled down.

Sexual frustration between Ziggy and Chanelle reached explosive levels after weeks of cuddling up in bed together.

Model Ziggy even told housemate Gerry: “I want to rip her clothes off and have sex with her.”

A Paddy Power spokesperson told Sun online: “It’s hard to say for absolutely certain if they did the deed or not.

“But it was definitely looking pretty steamy in that bedroom and we’re sure that Ziggy and Chanelle actually did have sex.

The bookmaker had taken about £12,000 on Ziggy and Chanelle to have sex in the house at a price of 9/4.

But a Channel 4 spokesperson said to their knowledge the couple had NOT had sex – and stressed that they would not shy from showing footage of a clinch.

UPDATE:Channel 4 has denied that Big Brother housemates Ziggy and Chanelle have had sex in the house - even though bookmakers have paid out.

The lovebirds reportedly did the deed in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Ladbrokes and Paddy Power announced on Thursday they have paid out £70,000 between them to punters who predicted a "Big Brother bonk".

But a show spokeswoman said: "It hasn't happened. We have looked at the footage in question and it certainly does not look like they were having sex."


They would not be the first couple to have sex on the show - Michelle Bass and Stuart Wilson did it under a table on Big Brother 5.

Former boy band hunk Ziggy Lichman and Posh Spice wannabe Chanelle Hayes got together within days of him entering the house.

Ladbrokes spokesman Nick Weinberg said: "The BB bonk is always a popular bet but housemates' inhibitions usually mean we avoid a hefty payout. We knew we were in trouble when the Casanova entered the house. The only surprise is that it's taken so long for Ziggy to get jiggy."
