ultraviolence, and lust for life.

lust gets panned by the fans but I reckon it’s one of her best.

For me, it's a tie between Ultraviolence and NFR.

Ultraviolence for her absolutely nailing the whole aesthetic of melancholy, golden age Hollywood/LA Noir and NFR for the fact that she felt truly herself in every way, creatively and aesthetically and STILL nailed it.

Born To Die and NFR.

Ultraviolence had it's moments but it didn't really do a lot to further what she started with BTD and Honeymoon descended into self parody. LFL was fun and I liked it more than her previous two albums but NFR is the first time since BTD that she's really made use of her potential.

Violet Bent Backwards Over The Grass.

Spoken word poetry album. Basically the audiobook of the physical book that came out in July.

Not really a fan. Do like video games, young and beautiful and summertime sadness though
