Funny how kids can drive you absolutely insane all day, screaming shouting making a mess arguing etc
But then you put them to bed and say goodnight and they said goodnight love you to the moon and back and it just melts your heart and all that frustration goes away....until tomorrow :joker:
Was kind of dreading them going back to school and nursery as I didnt feel it was completely safe yet but have to say we have enjoyed the peace and quiet this week. Although Henry has now found his voice! :hehe:
Anyone else enjoyed their peace and quiet now their kids are back to school?

Sounds like my dad. He sorts my car out for me. It used to be his and I have no clue about cars so he takes it to the garage etc for me and pays for it as he says I have way too much to pay for bless him!

Booo
I have mine every Tuesday, Thursday, and every other weekend (Sat/Sun). She's a lovely kid tbh. She wont/can't sleep without a TV on though which is a little concerning, though i can't really stop her as she does it at her mothers.

You've just reminded me that when my dad agreed to pay my rent as his "uni funds contribution", he set a £250/month max that he'd pay, but in 3rd and 4th year the place we rented was £290/month each and I said "But it's such a great place dad, I'll pay the £40 a month extra back to you" (as the rent payment came out of his account) and I never gave him a penny so I technically still owe him 24 months of that... so just under £1000. Plus 12 years' interest I guess. :umm2:. Shhhh he's old now he won't remember.
