And by that I mean lockdown banana bread. Did you bake copious amounts with all the trimmings or nothing at all?

I made one loaf, however I’m going to be making banana bread waffles this week which probably doesn’t count but I will.

Don’t worry. I wouldn’t have thought you did.
...I didn’t do too well with the lockdown banana bread, Redway...:sad:...but with lockdown bread making in general, I did pretty well...I’m still on my way to being a bread maker and living the bread making life...

I had no idea it was a thing :laugh:
I made a few batches of fairy cakes but they were hoovering them up like there was no tomorrow so I stopped :laugh:

I only tasted Banana Bread for the first time last weekend, my sister in law made some, it is pretty tasty tbf
