During my job I'm constantly in houses across London that have more than six people inside, but on monday onwards I wont be legally allowed to go in to fix there tvs..should I ignore the rules to save a family from weeks of hell with no tv, or bend a bit.

I don't think the rule applies Parmy, it's not a social gathering you're there to do work. For example, let's say a family of 6 has their toilet pipe burst and sh*te is pouring all over their bathroom, it's not like the government is saying "Well tough luck, stick some tape over it because the plumber can't come in".

The rule is specifically about people gathering to socialise.

£35 per job though, so if I'm at the door I'm going in, no matter what

No, they dont

But if your job entails going in and out of 10 houses all over one city a day, then surely that's not right.

This is bigger than me not wearing a mask in a shop IMO.

35 quid a job....but.

I've had big black bobby waving in my face all summer as my clients wander about in boxer shorts as I mask up in my t shirt and Jean's..

Sometimes i have to bend down to look at an upside down tv on my work bench, and you get it dangling down inside 2 metres off your face..35 quid though.

I think I've mentioned the kids nappy full off **** I found myself face to face with as I'm at floor hieght checking the tv before wall mounting it for them..

I would still rather get the tvs up and running for them all though, so I'm bending no matter what because no tv could end up in violence.
