This clown is on a mission to make himself the most unpopular sportsman in the UK. and with some sucess

British Formula One racing driver Lewis Hamilton on Sunday wore a T-shirt
demanding the arrest of American police officers.

Hamilton, 35, collected his trophy for winning the Tuscan Grand Prix while
wearing the T-shirt featuring the words “Arrest the cops who killed Breonna
Taylor.” The message was in capital letters on the front of his black shirt.

He also donned it before the race when drivers now “take a knee” in support
of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement.

“Justice for Breonna Taylor,” Hamilton said. “It took me a long time to get
that shirt, and I’ve been wanting to wear that and bring awareness to the fact
that there’s people that have been killed on the street and there’s someone
that got killed in her own house.”

The Kentucky Attorney General is still investigating the killing, which has led
to riots in America, so Hamilton’s intervention is seen by several senior F1
figures as being potentially “political.”

FIA statutes forbid political statements of any kind for obvious reasons so hopefully a ban will follow?

Despite his own penchant for private jet travel and making a living driving a
car around in circles at an average 3 miles to the gallon, last year Hamilton told his fans to go vegan as it is “the only way to save the planet,” as
Breitbart News reported.

He said he stopped eating red meat and was now “pescatarian for the
majority of the year and now I’ve cut fish.” He continued:

“As the human race, what we are doing to the world… the pollution [in terms
of emissions of global-warming gases] coming from the amount of cows that
are being produced is incredible.

“They say it is more than what we produce with our flights and our cars,
which is kind of crazy to think, the cruelty is horrible and I don’t necessarily
want to support that and I want to live a healthier life.”

Hamilton gets criticism, Diversity get record complaints, NBA stars get criticism, boos at the opening NFL games. People have got to get used to these people making this protest. Cant ban or sack all of them, and how would that look if they did?.

A new Harris poll reveals that 38% of sports fans are watching fewer NBA games.

in fact i saw some research saying that the American public and sick and tired of USA sports stars for their awful political shenanigans

the public have had enough

I never liked Lewis that much but I admire him for his stance on this issue, he's using his platform as the only black driver in F1, I'm glad most of his fellow drivers support him

what issue?

a police matter (drugs) in another country where law enforcement officers were shot at to try and kill them by a criminal (and make there children have no fathers) to stop the person being arrested for bringing misery to his community via illegal drugs

this criminal got a non criminal shot dead by accident due to his own GREED

where is his tea shirt saying that?

Funny way of describing an innocent woman being shot to death during an illegal no-knock warrant for someone that was already in custody

And yet you feel you have more knowledge than he does about this case from another country you speak of.

He's not here to please you.

How dare he make a point of highlighting a case in which a woman's murderers have not been held accountable.

Considering that Tamika Palmer, her mother, is fighting for justice, I don't think she would resent the extra exposure on the case.

How about trying to use a murder victim's mother, one who is fighting hard for justice for her daughter, to try to shame people who are keeping the story alive, thus increasing the odds of Breonna's killers being brought to justice?

No one can't pretend to be considerate of Tamika Palmer's feelings when they're disregarding what she's trying to do by falsely making out that she'll be distressed by Lewis' shirt when the opposite is likely true, given that she's publically speaking out in hopes of getting justice for her daughter.

To do so would be to co-opt a mother's grief to suit their own agenda, which is pretty gross.

I read exactly what was written.

You tried to make out that Lewis did wrong for contributing exposure to a cause that Breonna Taylor's mother is fighting for, even after you were informed that Tamika Palmer would most likely support any efforts that help justice for Breonna come to fruition.

It's not about respecting the family's wishes, it's about trying to stop the message in it's tracks.

you do not need to contact the family first, when ur gesture is good and helping in the fight against the evil cops
