There's the link although there's not much of a story atm since it's developing. It's a good casting, I'm glad that Tatiana has been cast in something major since she was amazing in Orphan Black.

For those that don't know, She-Hulk will start off as a Disney+ MCU show but the character will move over to the films afterwards so I'm happy for Tati that she's getting that Marvel coin. :clap1:

In the comics she is Bruce Banner's cousin who got into an accident and needed a blood transfusion to survive but the only applicable donor at hand was Bruce Banner. She was saved at the cost developing her own Hulk Powers with the key difference being that she's fully in control of herself and, controversially in those days, she didn't turn into a big green monster but essentially a green glamour model looking character.

I know recently that they changed her so she looks more hulky when she changes but who knows which version they'll opt for in the MCU.

Though maybe a female wrestler would have been better, at least for the Hulk version - Gina Carano does a good job on Mandalorian, and she already works for Disney!

The 'hot' version was always a bit dumb, why would Banner turn into a muscle bound monster yet his cousin, upon gaining a version of his powers, somehow turn into a pin-up model? it's pure fan service and nothing else. I hope they go for the modern interpretation. If she's gonna be a hulk, let her be a hulk.

Then one could also ask why does she get to keep her mind when she transforms, but Banner doesn't? The answer to at least half of this is obvious- comics generally has a male audience, and men like looking at hot ladies :dance: The recent version got cancelled for low sales, right?

But current MCU Hulk is the combo-Bruce-Hulk version that isn't a rage monster, also. You sort of answer your own question with the comic book perv part, too... the MCU has a much more diverse audience than the source comics, making it VERY unlikely that they would need to (or want to) go with a hyper-sexualised she-hulk :laugh:.

Trrruuuueeeee, but looks still play a big part in these things - I doubt the reason Wonder Woman is more popular than Captain Marvel is because Brie Larson was sarcastic in interviews ;)
