Just noticed ''UID'' and a number in my profile... just curious as to what it is?

It's 'User ID'. Everyone on the forum has a unique one.

No. Methinks it's just a random number assigned to every member, maybe in the order they join: e.g. the 5426th member has a UID of 5426...
