They are both owned by Viacom and it seems they want CH5 to be more serious

Is MTV midstream?

MTV has more reality game shows so

i don't know how well watched that is in UK, but ours got decent viewer ratings among the younger target audience

Yes it's filmed in HD 1080i Cameras
so MTVHD is better quality vision.

Pretty good line up, I've enjoyed every series of this so far. Yeah it's cheap TV but I like how the celebs honestly learn something and you can tell they are enjoying themselves and grow attached to the animals and stuff
