The housemates are only to be allowed a total of four hours sleep between them until 10pm on Tuesday or they will fail the task and not get a luxury shopping budget.

Will they pass or fail?
I'm going with fail.... someone will fall asleep and won't wake up even when "slapped" by the housemates lol. And I don't admire anyone waking Charley up rofl.

I think fail. It will be like the fish task where they all decided together to quit.

They'll never pass it, I can't imagine them wanting to do an all nighter.

Fail. Although i think its a pretty easy task i think they will decide to quit as a group.

No Way - too many wimps! 3 hours out of 60 collectively! No way 3 hours each in 60 would be pushing it! Nicky & Charley will moan like mad - more than usual & arguments will force the rest to give up.. just my thoughts
Surely they can't do it with just 4 hours sleep . But I thought it was at the discretion of BB as to how much sleep they get. I think they would each need a minimum of 30 mins . I wonder who will do it with no sleep at all.

Four hours sleep in two days between 14 housemates is 8 and a half minutes a day per housemate.

Perhaps just fail.

If the housemates are asleep at the same time, would it go down at a rate if 1 minute of sleep = 14 minutes?
In BBAU, they had this exact task, but if some were asleep at the same time, they'd just go down at a regular rate.
I'm just wondering if they could all sleep at the same time for three hours.:conf:

Pass. It's a well easy task, I've done it loads of times. I stayed up 48 hours then played football, and then went out.
If Nikki can stay awake they'll be alright. She's already in a rotten mood though.

Yeah that's a good question. I reckon that each persons sleep gets added to the total amount so for example 2 housemates sleeping for half an hour each would be an hour off the total.
Can see them failing this task. A few of them are already struggling saying how tired they are.

But are you including the fact that they have been up all of today before starting the task on top of the 50 hours...that and the fact carole is 50 odd lol.

This is hardly conducive to their physical well being
Have Channel 4 never heard of the expression "Duty of Care"
This task is just plain wrong.

This is a task where Traceys raving experience will come to the fore, I bet they all wish they hadnt kicked Shabnam out now because she would keep them up til tuesday night no problem.

It turns out that when they are all asleep the time counts down normally. Too easy. If 14 housemates are asleep the clock should count down 14 times faster.
