Anybody want Legends of music: The 1970s?

Almost 180 views and not one comment, it seems people ain't enthusiastic for more.

I'm probably gonna have to do a top 40 or 50 for the seventies, if I continue, because it's so hard to cut people from the list of acts that I've written up so far.

It's a very good decade.

I want people to criticise my placings, tell me I've missed people out. Tell me my lists are rubbish and that I don't know what I'm talking about. I like input.

I was gonna continue with this. But I didn't get the feeling that people were interested. So I'll stop.

To let anyone who was interested know.

Stevie Wonder finished top in the 1970s with Led Zeppelin as runner up.

In a flip of a coin, Michael Jackson came top in the 1980s Prince was runner up.

Nirvana finished top in the 1990s

So, if Elvis Presley was the biggest star of the 50s, The Beatles in the 60s, Stevie Wonder in the 70s, Michael Jackson in the 80s and Nirvana in the 90s.Then who were the biggest stars of the 00s and 10s? My music knowledge of these periods is very little, so I could use a bit of help?

I can then do a poll with them all and declare the greatest of all.

Wanted your 29th and 30th placed songs to come top 5. XxNumber 30 should have come higher, I agree, I made a mistake there. That song is fantastic.

Who was your top 5 of the 90s?I don't know, but off the top my head I'd say, Nirvana, definitely. Probably The Chili Peppers and Radiohead. And maybe The Foo Fighters and REM.

There's also the likes of Tupac, Biggie and Snoop from the hip hop genre. And then The Spice Girls were very successful in that decade (for some unknown reason)

Would have liked to see that one...and the 80s too
