if you watch the actual vid, she says she went into the building for a revolution, so she's pretty much guaranteed to see jail time. Bizarrely, her only way of avoiding it could be if she's making it up and it is actually an onion!

He's been investigated and there was nothing to answer for. It was announced a while ago.
