should we all move to australia and let them have the country if they want it so bad?
We could move back in 10 years time when they have starved to death.

It's hard to tell if that's a joke article or not, I doubt Exeter City Council are that dumb.

Also, after looking it up, it seems like the right leaning twitter account omitted a few details to stoke fires of outrage in it's incredibly gullible fanbase.
It's being relocated, not removed, with information contextualising who he was and the role he played in the Empire.
Right wing snowflakes strike again with the misinformation.

Leave.EU? Lol.
[Council is slammed for 'ridiculous and
historical wokery' over plans to remove
a statue of a British war hero – with official report
claiming it 'impacts anybody who does not define
themselves in binary gender terms'
Exeter City Council set up a task group
after the Black Lives Matter protests
Was to decide whether a statue of
General Sir Redvers Buller should be moved
Review said statue had attracted public debate
due to the words on its plinth
Words 'He saved Natal' are reference
to General Buller's actions in South Africa]

[Councillors vote to move statue of British war hero after officials said it 'impacts anybody who does not define themselves in binary gender terms'
Review advised statue's relocation due to general's connection to British Empire
An equality impact assessment was also
undertaken as part of the council review
Councillors in Exeter, Devon,
have since voted in favour of the report's findings
Relocation will cost at least £25k,
but is not clear where statue will be moved to]

They have voted to move it
but costs of £25K are not there
its your mission to defend the statue of Sir Redvers Buller and make sure the manky Antifa mob don't attempt to take it down Arista, go forth and report back when you think Redvers is safe from harm.
