Ever since I saw that shower scene from the movie Psycho by Alfred Hitchcock, I need to see across the shower glass so I can check if a murderer is trying to attack me :joker: I know it sounds ridiculous but I can't help it.

I remember when on the Chris Moyles radio show they were talking to Toby Tarrant and he was amazed people specifically washed their bums
he said he thought it just got washed by the running water and the rest of the gang were like
eeeww WTF

I'm a 'lush' bubble bar and Fenjal bath oil addict ~ can't stand being pelted with water ~ I love a soak surrounded by wonderous aromas and candles.
Sod showers.

Face it... I only take showers to wake me up in the morning and a face full of water is the only thing that does that...otherwise I'm a bath bird...

I start off facing, sitting down.
Wash what I can, including my hair and then I stand up, turn round and do the rest.

I literally never face into the shower Idk what yall mean when you say you do bothMy shower water doesn't shoot straight down, it's angled, so I have to turn to rinse my hair and back properly

Away mostly (towards to wash hair) but if I had unlimited choice, I love a monsoon shower directly from above. Bliss. Needs very good water pressure though to be worth it.

I don’t understand. Everyone faces the shower to begin with when they’re adjusting the temp. It seems like a bit of an effort to turn the shower on, wait for it to be the right temperature whilst the front of your body gets comfortably adjusted to the water to then just turn away. You can’t see the flow of water if your back is away from it and you can’t turn it off/nor adjust the temperature in an instant. You also have more nooks and crannies on the front of your body so it’s helpful to see the flow of water. It’s also less wasteful when you don’t make the water a blind spot.
The math ain’t mathing.
