when you open it, how you find things etc

is it user friendly

do you feel in control

can you find stuff

or do you find it clunky and frustrating?

I only really notice the 'interaction' or interface when I don't like it or when it annoys me.

BritBox has better content than Netflix, but the inters suuuuck.

It's crap, it pushes content that's trending ahead of what you actually watch.

That said... prime isn't much better, and Disney+ is far worse...

Yes...its annoying. You try to resume a series and you have to search for it all over again pretty much...

it's become worse over the last couple of years, but it's still not as bad as amazon prime .... it's hideous

i find it real easy, i just use search

but some content what is recommended is mostly based upon what you have previously watched ;)

I hate the way they start playing previews of programs and films just when you hover over them, I always have to put it on mute when I'm browsing for something to watch

There's codes you can use to find certain content that I use a lot to find horrors and generally I find it quite helpful, wish it had a pop up option though if you add something from the 'coming soon' section that alerts you when something is released

Prime is shocking

use search feature, then you can browse also for the type of genre movie you want to watch

you also got ''new releases'' there, and also ''reality series'' in there you got The Circle US, France, Brazil if you haven't watched any of those yet

I wish you could order the categories based on your preference, because it does feel like when you scroll down you get a hell of a lot of stuff repeated.

Sometimes I want to watch some stand-up comedy on there and it's pretty much impossible to find without typing in "stand-up" on the search function. So yeah, the option to set your categories would be nice.

They seem to have just added an option to turn previews off.

...see, I like Prime now that you explained it to me....I would say that I prefer it to Netflix for searching movies...

netflix judge number of views by if you watched an item for 10 seconds or longer, so they can artificially boost those they want to by adding auto preview to it and having it in the first slot. It's not about user convenience

also good about Netflix, they are removing several older content again these next few days, to make space for newer content again, by removing some what isn't really popular

@Bots, you got a like/dislike button at the menu before playing the series/film i think that is the way of sending feedback to HQ, so like that they can make up a top 10 of most liked/popular out of all subscribers
