Big Brother did not say whom Billi had nominated, but from deduction he nominated both or either Charley and Nicky, otherwise Charley at least nominated Nicky, because she was not up when their votes were taken away. Or both of them nominated her. And then Billi obviously nominated Charley because she's not up when his votes were taken away and she can't nominate herself. Therefore - angry Charley!
