Just wanted you all to know that my gorgeous daughter gave birth to an equally gorgeous son at 2.50am this morning

Leon James - 7lb 2 and 3 and a half weeks early so the little tike surprised us all!

He is gorgeous and what a gift my daughter gave me by asking me to be with her during his birth!

Is this the first time you have been at a birth (except for the obvious of course!)? I've never been at one. It must have been amazing.

That's a good weight for an early baby as well.. even though he wasn't hugely early!.... I'm glad they are both healthy and well...

Awww congrats, My cousin had a little boy 3 weeks ago and named him Owen and me and my mum were at the birth. For me I cant say it was the nicest thing i've ever witnessed but thats coming from someone who just cant stand blood Lol. When he eventually came it was a very exiting moment ... congrats again and hope Mum and baby are well :)

I assume so thats pretty much all he has done bless him, Spoke to bex an hour ago and she was just getting settled and going to go to bed with him as she is shattered poor lamb! his daddy plans to do the feeds through the night tonight to try and let her get some sleep!

He had to go back the hospital yesterday and is going to be there till possibly tomorrow. He is jaundiced and is having a chill out on the billy bed.
