I've slept on and off since Thursday afternoon. Only woke up for the loo and a bit of something to eat. Just had tea and then am going back to bed. I'm totally wiped out by my Covid jab. But its the only side effect I have so I'll bear it.

Whats the longest you've ever slept for whatever reason?

funnily enough, the TL is currently in bed wiped out having had the jag yesterday - she feels awful.

22h. Went on school trip to Alton Towers, bus left my school at Midnight, didn't sleep on the journey, went round Alton towers all day, arrived home at about 11pm the following day and passed out cold fully clothed on my bed... Then woke up at 9pm the following evening. I felt horrendous and my sleep pattern was ****ed for months.

I normally only sleep about 6 hours, can hit 7 at times.

The longest I have slept however is for almost a whole day, which only happened as I hadn't slept for 3 days and nights previously apart from small quick naps.
