[An optimistic thumbs up from the staff at the
Bean There cafe in Liverpool - they’re pleased the
furlough scheme is being extended but also
hoping for an extension to business rates relief and VAT cuts]

I would buy Fresh made cakes.
..what’s the ‘Bean’, is that coffee bean../a coffee shop with fresh made cake...?...I think sadly that there will be some businesses and ‘trendy coffee shops’ and concept coffee shops etc...that may struggle to stay open just because they are so expensive and less people may be able to afford post COVID...what is the 2.9, is that £2.90 for a cake slice...?...plus whatever the coffee costs as well...?...that’s quite a niche affordability if that’s what it is...

I'd pay €2.90 for a sticky toffee cake mmmmm Coffee shops are usually expensive aren't they?

...I’m not really up to date with costs tbh, it just sounds a lot for the cake, for one slice...but then one slice would probably be ok for two people/they look quite huge..So that wouldn’t be so bad...in my friendships, we tend to more go to each other’s houses, than things like coffee shops...except for breakfast...no one needs to be making breakfast for multiple people in the morning......tbh, I’m not a huge coffee drinker, I was just having a moan.../...good for the soul and worth every bit of £2.90...
