Seen someone on my TL say they do their bedding every week but their pillowcases every other day?!?

Normally once a week, usually a Friday.

Sometimes I change them a couple times a week just depends if I can be bothered :shrug:

On average, probably like once a week, but sometimes could be slightly shorter/longer

Umm like once a month. :laugh: But I do quickly spray disinfectant on the pillow when I get up every morning.
