Hundreds of Reclaim These Streets campaigners chanted and held banners
while police officers halted oncoming cars. They then moved outside nearby
Scotland Yard where they chanted "shame on you" and "our streets". Home
Secretary urged people not to participate in large gatherings or to attend
protests while Covid-19 regulations remain in place but hundreds gathered in
Parliament Square to fight against the bill. It includes plans to give police more
powers to tackle non-violent protests which cause significant disruption to the
public or on access to Parliament. But police and legal figures have warned this
could pose a threat to democracy.

Is this still about Sarah? if it weren't for the police, her killer would still be roaming the streets :bored:

Unfortunately for poor Sarah and her family it was never about her for many of these activists.

It's okay, we won't be able to protest anything when Ze Fuhrer's bill goes through and basically criminalises protest through vague wording.

Tory supporters should give themselves a round of applause for electing a party that wants to turn this country into Hong Kong.

It does nothing of the sort, not even with you comparing the tory party to nazi germany..

Shall we mention the jews, and the left

It does, educate yourself on what the bill actually entails. It's a bunch of vague nonsense that can easily be abused to curtail protesting in all it's forms and tory supporters are cheering it on, cheering on the demise of their own rights out of loyalty to a party that doesn't care if they live or die.

Nah, you can leave your whataboutery out of it, it has no place in this argument. Let's talk about the actual party in charge of the country and their numerous mistakes, and by extension, the mistakes of a foolish public for constantly voting them back in.

It's basically set out to enable peaceful protest and encourage that..

Step beyond those boundaries though.. and well, its tough eh..you knew the rules.

A bit like being banned from tibb in a way.

Except the rules the bill proposes are purposefully vague and open for abuse, and will definitely be used to inhibit dissenting voices.

He could be an undercover cop or an actor and that could just be scare tactics.
