What happened to the quick-jump links? Are they gone permanently, or just temporarily?

Yeah i noticed that, there was a u2u message and then nothing.

No admins are online atm but if I had a guess I'd say it had something to do with some recent occurences regarding myself.
The U2U was disabled as well I was told.
