Yes.
Hubby is having fish, but home cooked so I won’t bother.
I only eat fish from the fish shop, and that’s mainly for the batter.:laugh:

I don't eat meat so no.

When I did,it was always fish on Good Friday though in my family.

Salmon today but thats due to it needing to be used up rather than it being Good Friday, I don’t bother too much with thinking about that

The chippy is 1 minutes walk from my house.I went there.

I had fish (Haddock, none of that Cod rubbish) chips, mushy peas and scraps. Plenty of salt and vinegar and a pickled onion.

It's because when Hull was one of the World's fishing capitals, we used to send all the bitter tasting Cod inland and keep all the sweet tasting Haddock for ourselves, so they think we're cod eaters eaters when in reality, we're Haddock eaters
