Charlotte was driving and she got to the traffic light it was flashing Amber and she fought she come make it but it trun red I said she should nit of done it anyway 2 weeks past and nothing happen then she got a letter about it where she had to say who was driving and explained what happen she blag it and said she a carer and she was on a carer emergency :crazy:

I said good idea Charlotte except there no such thing as a carer emergency ambulance go to emergency when carer do it it just some go to see some one else :hehe:

Not sure what going to happen she things she might get away with it as it her first crime

I think they have to notify you within 14 days of traffic violation so if the letter was dated more than 14 days after the offence you can get it dismissed. If she gets done for running a red light its usually 3 points but it can impact on your insurance too

It was actually supposed to be a 3 month extension to the original ban a while ago because Michael made a multi account to be abusive, we agreed it ages ago but it wasn't added via the control panel so crafty Michael was able to sneak back for an hour before we realised

And on that note we can all get an update on Charlotte's incarceration in 3 months time
