Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin and girlfriend Brenda Song have welcomed their first child together.

The couple welcomed their baby boy last week and have decided to name him Dakota.

According to Esquire, the tot was born on 5 April at 1:10pm in Los Angeles and weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces.

Macaulay is best known for his roles in Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.

He also starred in drama film My Girl, comedy Richie Rich, The Nutcracker and Getting Even with Dad.

Meanwhile, Brenda played London Tipton on Disney Channel's The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and most recently starred in Netflix original film Secret Obsession.

Home Alone 2 is so brutal... they really stepped it up a notch, I've seen Home Alone tonnes of times and his little traps seem quite justified but in Home Alone 2 ... I mean ... :umm2: he's lucky he didn't just flat-out murder them :joker:. It's like "Saw: The Early Years".
