I agree - especially when she isn't even saying "give me back full control" ... she's willing to have legal representatives in control of her estate... just not her father. There's literally no reason for this to be denied, it can't be about protecting her, because she's not asking for protections to be removed just shifted elsewhere.

Exactly and she should be entitled to a say over that, it's seriously concerning if none of her feelings about her own life ever are taken into account. It seems like that man has had control over her since she was a child, it's like he owns her or something, it's really worrying and scary actually

Clearly the Dad must have been doing this probably for a long time ,he's using her mental health as a way to manipulate and control.

Hopefully she gets this settled in court , it's never nice to see vulnerable people exploited let alone by their own family.
