are you good at persuading people to do what you want?

What methods do you use to get your own way?

Let's see your best tactics.
I casually ask for what I want then say oh its OK it doesn't matter. Guaranteed to work within roughly half an hour. Xx

I state my case and if it’s unsuccessful I just go quiet .... sometimes for days ..

I use this strategy with the wife and in work situations.

It helps that I’m happy with my own company :)

I learnt my lesson years ago on that one , i've had more than my fair share of master manipulators ! Friends and past partners and its not a good trait if you want to keep people ~ they will see through you eventually and disappear .

it's not something i really think about. At work we arrive at decisions by reasoned argument and consensus. We have an odd number of decision makers, so it's never a tie

In home life, if one or other of us is firmly of a viewpoint then we go with that, i don't think we have ever strongly disagreed at the same time

Rhetorical questions are always the way for everything

Also weirdly, I feel like acting like you're less bothered about something always helps too
