Well tbh i can understand why you'd go missing on here.

Nothing exciting is really happening.

I could quite happily not come on for days and know i haven't missed anything.

I was only expecting to be back for 5 minutes. :joker:

Seems like a lot of people have returned and been active for a few weeks only to then leave again suddenly, Novo was the latest one

I send a lot of gluten-free recipes out on pm to members so i think they log in, get the recipes and leave?
