Mike "Boogie" Malin found Guilty of Felony Stalking

Former Big Brother winner Mike “Boogie” Malin has been found guilty of felony stalking following his August 2019 arrest, according to court docs obtained by Us Weekly.

The 50-year-old reality TV personality initially pleaded not guilty after being arrested and charged with stalking former costar Dr. Will Kirby. According to court records, Malin withdrew his original plea and changed it to “nolo contendere,” or no contest. Malin waived his right to a trial by changing his plea.

Boogie has been sentenced to 3 days in jail, $70 in fees, 30 days in a residential treatment program, $300 restitution (towards Dr. Will), and 2 years probation. He was instructed to relinquish all firearms he may have owned as he is "prohibited from owning, purchasing, receiving, possessing or having, under his/her custody or control any firearms, ammunition and ammunition feeding devices".

When Amazing Race 31 was casting for a season made of BBUS HG's, the producers asked both of them to participate in it. Mike said yes, Will said no. After that Mike started to harrass and stalk Will and his family in a number of ways, including disturbing and threatening social media posts, videos and calls to his family members, friends etc etc, trying to force him to participate to the show with him.

Sheeeeesh, hate to see a legendary duo like Chill Town go down in flames like this. I still liked the guy on the show, not gonna change that, but pretty gross (or moreso just kinda lame/creepy of him) so that sucks.
