I think so yes, all those 30+ could have been double vaccinated if she wish by the 19th July and all those 18+ will have had one if they wish also. It’s time to reopen and have life back as normal, can’t expect schools to be closing constantly, university to be done in your room and work to force people to work from home every single day

I mean, I don't advocate lockdowns until that happens. But only at that point can we stop overanalysing the data and having covid in the daily news.
