It can valuable, if used correctly. But tbh, i would rather have an extra Wildcard or introducing Limitless chip from UEFA Fantasy games.

Wildcard -> Triple captain -> Free Hit -> Bench Boost

Limitless Chip would be awesome, but most people would still end up with the same team.

Free Hits do not expire like WC's after 1st half of the season. Just like TC and Bench Boost.

The Bench Boost and Triple Captain chips can each be used once a season and are played when saving your team on the my team page. They can be cancelled at anytime before the Gameweek deadline.

The Free Hit chip can be used twice during the 2021/22 season, with the second Free Hit available to managers from Gameweek 20. Managers who haven't played their Free Hit ahead of Gameweek 20 will not lose their first, they will have two Free Hit chips available to them.

The Free Hit chip is played when confirming your transfers and can't be cancelled after confirmed. You can't play the Free Hit chip in consecutive Gameweeks.

I meant teams that had a game in GW21, but then had that game postponed now have a game after the announcement of double gameweek.

Meaning they have 1 game instead of 0 games this week.
