I'd imagine the texture would be horrible, and the meat not substantial...

Although I am a meat eater. Not all that much though. I too would not eat heart or lung or brains etc.

There are some animal body parts that my mind will not allow me to eat....Don't know why that's just how it is.

Unless I was starving I would under no circumstances eat any of the above mentioned BB £100,000 or not....

I nearly puked just dissecting a lamb's heart once. I would throw up buckets if I had to eat it.

I don't eat a lot of meat - only chicken, fish, turkey and occasionally beef. Oh and pork sausages. But lamb, pork, and everything else just does not sound appealing to me.

I eat liver, kidneys and lambs hearts. My mother gave them to us as children and my children also eat liver and bacon and kidney in steak and kidney pie. Liver and bacon is a tasty meal and stuffed braised lambs hearts are too. My husband said he didn't like liver when we married but to be honest he'd never tasted it. After about 3 years he tasted some of mine, liked it and now suggests it for a meal.

I have never tried tripe or lung - I thought that was for dogs:dog:

I saw that. Looked nice, but not nice enough to make me forget it's repulsive.
