Sadly in parliament even a Prime Minister can actually lie.
However no one permitted to call him out on it.
At least she told the truth.
She's not the first, nor is she the only one to know what he is.

I know it's not parliamentary language, but I'm pretty sure all of them have a requirement to correct untruths and misstatements they may have made, either accidentally or on purpose.

It doesn't really matter whether or not it's parliamentary language, not everyone is cut out to be in a Cabinet or Shadow Cabinet, and it's a bit gatekeeperish to suggest that only people of conducting themselves in a certain way should be allowed to speak.
I'm sure the people who voted for her would rather have someone who calls out a lying PM.

I agree wholeheartedly Slim.
It's sad that when someone has misled or lied, they are not called out on it.
While those brave enough to point it out.
Get the criticism from some quarters.
She was right in all she said.
This is why I think parliament procedure needs a massive overhaul too.

part of the reason it is not acceptable to call someone a liar in the house is because everyone is duty bound to tell the truth. Of course it falls on its head when someone lies, the rules were made in simpler times. She could have used other language that means the same and it would be perfectly acceptable. She does know this and was performing for the crowd though

In light of the many times this truly deceitful PM has misled both Nation and MPs.
In her case here.
The end justifies the means, possibly and hopefully in some way at least.

When you have standards and expectations in politicans as low as I do, their lying is practically a given. BoJo is particularly egregious for it.
